Pete Powers Vs Scotley Crue Vs Kevin Andrews
In the Hell before the Bell Pre Show Opener it was 5 Star Affair Member Pete Powers demonstrating his dominance and power in a triple threat match against Kevin Andrews and Scotley Crue. This match was a great opener with lots of back and forth excitement but it was the awesome power of Pete Powers that allowed him to get the win.
Winner: Pete Powers

To kick off the show Commissioner Jim Dandy came on out to announce the PZW heavyweight championship has been vacated by “The Stormbringer” Tim Strom due to Strom’s leave of absence from the company to take care of personal demons. Well Tim take care all your fans still love & Support you and cant wait for you to come back and continue showing why you are the best in PZW. Anyways next show April 15, 2009 a tournament will be announced to crown a new PZW champion.

“Ravenous” Randy & Adrian Walls Vs Beautiful Bobby & Brandon Van Danielson
Adrian Walls then came out to say he demands to be in the tournament and since he doesn’t have a partner he is calling out BVD and Bobby right now to a 2 on 1 handicap match which lead to a post match beat down until “Ravenous” Randy made the save evening up the teams and allowing the tag match to become under way. This was an incredibly entertaining match which showed just how good these four wrestlers are and just when you thought that the deranged Bobby and the future of pro wrestling Brandon Van Danielson were going to pull out the victory it was Bobby’s necessity to have the battle cup trophy that him leave the ring to try to find it causing BVD to go with him trying to see what his partner was doing getting the team counted out in the process.
Winner: “Ravenous” Randy and “PZW Battle cup champion holder” Adrian Walls

Alex Plexis Vs “Cowboy” Bryn Watts
This match got heated up last show when Watts and Mayhem vowed to eliminate Plexis if he ever came back to PZW. Plexis took the early advantage to Watts showing he could bring the fight to the Cowboy but it was the constant interference from the Dream at ringside and the double team from the two Mayhem team mates that allowed “Cowboy” to lock in the Texas Clover Leaf for the submission from Plexis allowing the Cowboy to get the win but I don’t think this feud is about over yet.
Winner: “Cowboy” Bryn Watts

“The Assassin” Chase Patrick VS Mattias Wild for the PZW title shot contract
The match was supposed to be Patrick vs. Ref Shaggy but “The Assassin” ambushed the PZW Referee taking him out before he made it to the ring. It was then Mattias Wild made his way out to the ring to issue the challenge and set up the next match for Wild’s contract at a PZW title shot. These two proved why I have said before that both Mattias Wild and Chase Patrick are the future of pro wrestling as they put on a wrestling clinic which lead to a near fall by both Wild and Patrick having fans jump to their feet but in the end it was Patrick using his dirty ways to hook the tights and grab the ropes allowing him to pin Mattias Wild and win the contract.
Winner: “The Assassin” Chase Patrick

Crosse VS Travis Copeland
We have seen these two lock horns in one on one matches at the last couple PZW shows and Crosse has vowed to never be pinned in a PZW ring ever again. Crosse took the aggression to Copeland early in the match before the bell as he has been frustrated he cant be Travis, and just when you thought the interference from Mayhem member Canadian Dream would help another Mayhem member get the easy win. Referee Jesse sent the Canadian Dream to the back which is going to be put or shut up time for Crosse he cant hide behind the Dream’s interference and Travis took the fight to Crosse in aggressive fashion and right when it looked like Travis would finally pin Crosse after the twist of fate it was the interference from the back from Mayhem members Canadian Dream and “Cowboy” Bryn Watts that caused the disqualification victory for Copeland again thus allowing Crosse to keep is vow of never being pinned in a PZW ring and lead to huge 3 man beat down from Mayhem to Travis Copeland. This rivalry is far from over and one day Crosse will be pinned.
Winner: Travis Copeland by Disqualification

Main Event Last Team Standing Match
5 Star Affair Vs Party Animals
This match words cannot describe it will go down in history as one of the best matches in PZW history if not the best. These guys fought throughout the arena and in the ring Chucky made huge high risk dives off a huge ladder, VIP Benjamin English and Alex Gallagher both took nasty chair shots sending both men through the same table eliminating them from the match. Pete Powers tried to come out and help Superfly Dan get the win slamming Chucky through two chairs and thinking 5 Star Affair got the win but Chucky managed to get up and proclaim that they would have to kill him to keep him down forcing Dan and Powers back to the ring which Chucky quickly got rid of Powers and slammed Dan onto a chair securing the party Animals the win leaving the crowd on their feet knowing they have just seen a very awesome and great match that surely will be match of the year and a 5 star classic that will go down in PZW history as always one of the best matches ever.
Winners: Party Animals

All in all this was a great show from top to bottom and proves why PZW is the best wrestling in Alberta, Canada and North America.

Till Next time from Ringside I am

NEWS UPDATE March 19th

We are less than one week away from PZW's next live event at Bully's South Grandstand where PZW and the Movie Mill present, 'Another Victim!' Wednesday, March 25th. Lethbridge, Ab. Doors open 6:30. Belltime 7:30.
Five Incredible Matches!!

A Double Main Event!!

Last Tag Team Standing! The Team that cannot answer the Ten Count will be declared the loser and the match is stopped. The match continues with No Disqualification, No Count Out, No Time Limit until there is only one team left standing. A member of a team can be knocked out of the matchup if he is unable to answer the Ten Count leaving his partner alone in a 2 on 1 situation.

The Party Animals vs. 5 Star Affair. The most popular tag team in PZW history vs. the most arrogant tag team in PZW history. As Commissioner Jim Dandy pointed out to this website, "There will be no doubt as to who the audience will be hoping is the last tag team standing. Superfly Dan and VIP Benjamin English have openly mocked this company. They've called SHAW TV's Sheila Nykwist a slut. They've embarrassed and beat down PZW Heavyweight Champion Stormbringer. They've done all they can to injure the Party Animals and stop those two kids from climbing all the way to the top of the PZW Tag Team Rankings. And most importantly 5 Star Affair have shown absolutely no respect or gratitude towards our incredible audience. Those two ungrateful bastards need to realize that without an audience there is no 5 Star Affair. I sincerely hope the Party Animals shut those two chumps up........for good."

PZW Heavyweight Champion Stormbringer has shared with this website his relief in his ability to team up with MMA Competitor Adrian Walls. "This past Friday the 13th, we were able to beat Rampage in Bow Island. The team ran very smoothly. It's funny but we clicked almost immediately. I think we both realized we were in for a war vs. the #1 Ranked Tag Team in PZW. We better get along or pay the price. Adrian Walls is who I beat to hold this belt and I'm sure he'll never forget that. Right now we have to focus on Brandon Van Danielson and ‘Beautiful’ Bobby. One guy is the most driven wrestler I've ever faced and the other is a damn freak. I read somewhere that BVD is being billed as the ‘Future of Wrestling’. He very well has a bright future and I'll give him his due. The kid is tough as nails, aggressive as all hell and has a tremendous skill level. His training background reads like a who's who list of the WWE's future. But.......this is my time right now. BVD's time is coming. This is where I live and started a business. I'm proud to live in Southern Alberta and represent Southern Alberta as the PZW Champ. BVD may very well be the guy to beat me. But it won't be anytime soon."

The short history between Adrian Walls and ‘Beautiful’ Bobby is intriguing to say the least. ‘Beautiful’ Bobby proudly held the Battle Cup Trophy from winning two consecutive PZW Invitational Battle Royals. But, he decided that a Mexican vacation was more important then entering the February 11th PZW Invitational Battle Royal. The Two Time Former PZW Heavyweight Champion Adrian Walls won that PZW Invitational Battle Royal to secure his possession of the Battle Cup Trophy.

Adrian Walls was pinned by Stormbringer last PZW live event in Lethbridge after ‘Beautiful’ Bobby distracted the MMA Competitor. The match also featured Brandon Van Danielson. BVD has remained relatively quiet but one loyal PZW follower pointed out to this website that BVD has never been cleanly pinned by Stormbringer. The only time Stormbringer directly pinned BVD in a matchup, BVD clearly had a foot under the bottom rope and Stormbringer admitted to pulling BVD's trunks.

We are less than one week away from PZW's next live event at Bully's South Grandstand where PZW and the Movie Mill present, 'Another Victim!' Wednesday, March 25th. Lethbridge, Ab. Doors open 6:30. Belltime 7:30.

"It's Simple!! I'll Never Be Pinned Again! I Can Guarantee It!" The Mastermind behind the allegiance known as Mayhem! shared with this website.

If his last two matches vs. Travis Copeland are any indication, his words are becoming rather prophetic. Just when it seemed Travis Copeland was poised to pick up the win, the Canadian Dream would interfere from ringside breaking up any possibility of Travis Copeland securing what would be his biggest victory to date. A pinning victory vs. Crosse would be exactly what Travis Copeland needs to get his wrestling career to the next level. Crosse has a plan that will make sure that exact scenario never takes place.

Rampage have sent former PZW Heavyweight Champion Zero back to Australia on a stretcher. The #1 Ranked Tag Team decimated Zero and his partner Alex Plexis last live event in Lethbridge. Zero is out of action indefinitely while Alex Plexis remains. The 18 year old has found a partner to avenge the assault by Rampage. ‘Ravenous’ Randy will team with Alex Plexis and face off against Rampage. But.....what did TBone of Rampage mean when he told this website that Alex Plexis should back down or his life will be ruined?

Referee Shaggy Campbell continues to win over the fans of PZW with his passion for performing. Shaggy has put together two consecutive wins vs. ‘Beautiful’ Bobby using the Sleeper. But the celebration was short lived last live event in Lethbridge as 'The Assassin' Chase Patrick continued his assault on the officials of PZW. Referee Shaggy Campbell may be wrestling as of late but he is still under contract with PZW as a referee. 'The Assassin' Chase Patrick vowed revenge on the officials of PZW for what he felt has been unfair treatment. The rivalry between the officials of PZW alongside Commissioner Jim Dandy and 'The Assassin' Chase Patrick continues to rise in intensity.

PZW Tonight In Bow Island

Just a quick remeinder PZW is back tonight in Bow Island at the Multiplex. Doors open at 6:30pm, Bell time is at 7:30pm. Comne on out for a great night of PZW Wrestling.

From www.powerzonewrestling.net here is a quick preiview of the matches for tonight in Bow Island:

NEWS UPDATE March 10th

PZW is back on the road! Friday the Thirteenth!! Bow Island @ The Multiplex. Friday, March 13th. Belltime 7:30pm. Doors open 6:30pm.

Featured matchups:

Brandon Van Danielson vs. Mattias Wild. BVD is embroiled in a battle with Two Time Former PZW Heavyweight Champion Adrian Walls and PZW Heavyweight Champion Stormbringer. BVD has now wrestled Stormbringer three times and has not been pinned cleanly by Stormbringer. Is BVD the chosen one who's time has come?

Mattias Wild is waiting patiently with the PZW Heavyweight Championship Match Contract. The contract guarantees him a PZW Heavyweight Championship Match anytime prior to or during WrestleBash '09.

‘Beautiful’ Bobby vs. Referee Shaggy Campbell. Last live event Referee Shaggy Campbell defeated ‘Beautiful’ Bobby. ‘Beautiful’ Bobby was distracted by Adrian Walls being at ringside to claim the Battle Cup Trophy awarded to Adrian Walls for winning the PZW Invitational Battle Royal. Can ‘Beautiful’ Bobby land a Facial or will he be laid out by a sleeper from Referee Shaggy Campbell?

The Party Animals vs. 5 Star Affair. The hottest rivalry in PZW hits Bow Island. The Party Animals were just two guys living out their dreams of being professional wrestlers. 5 Star Affair are two guys who had hoped the PZW audience would embrace, but they weren't accepted as fan favorites. Now 5 Star Affair wants to take their frustration out on the Party Animals, the most popular Tag Team in PZW history.

Crosse vs. Travis Copeland. The Mastermind behind Mayhem! has made a frightening guarantee. He has put all of PZW on notice. As long as the Canadian Dream accompanies Crosse to ringside, he will never be pinned again in his career. The Canadian Dream reinforces that by guaranteeing that he will be at ringside accompanying Crosse in Bow Island on March 13th.

PZW Heavyweight Champion Stormbringer joins forces with MMA Competitor and Two Time Former PZW Heavyweight Champion Adrian Walls for the First Time Ever!! Rampage is the #1 Ranked Tag Team in PZW. ‘Cowboy’ Bryn Watts and TBone will be joined at ringside by their fellow member of Mayhem!, the Canadian Dream. The Biggest Tag Team match in PZW History!!
